CLMS 2.0

The Central Liquor Management System (CLMS) is a government-regulated digital platform designed to oversee the distribution and sale of liquor specifically for serving and retired personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The CLMS application has been developed by the BSF IT Wing FHQ to support BSF personnel in managing their liquor requirements efficiently.

Key features of the CLMS app include:

• An enhanced user interface for improved usability.
• The ability to book and collect liquor from any canteen across BSF, CRPF, ITBP, and SSB.
• Provision to access a four-month liquor and beer quota, including two previous months, the current month, and one upcoming month.
• An advanced search filter to facilitate easy identification of available liquors among various canteens.
• The option to send users' preferred liquor wish lists directly to the relevant Sub Depot.
• The ability for users to add favorite liquors to their individual accounts for quicker access.
• Enhanced image quality for liquor product listings.
• A single-device login policy to ensure account security and data integrity.
• A paperless, online workflow system for demand processing from Sub Depots to Depots.
• Online, paperless workflows for supply orders from Depots to breweries.
• Streamlined stock issuance processes from Depots to sub depots through digital workflows.
• An electronic system for stock taking and disposal of damaged liquor at Sub Depots, reducing manual paperwork and improving inventory accuracy.
